Yatra to India

A Spiritual Journey through sacred places and a deeper connection with yourself
13-25 September 2026

A Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage.

During this Yatra, we will visit holy places connected with the Sikh Gurus. These sacred journeys through the outer world become a reflection of our inner journey.

Pilgrimage offers an opportunity to connect with something deeper and more meaningful — your own inner path toward the Divine (the Guru).

Who Is This Yatra For?

We invite Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan teachers and students who wish to deepen their understanding of the teachings and strengthen their connection with the Guru.
This Yatra will provide experiences that can support and strengthen you in everyday life while bringing greater depth, awareness, and authenticity to your spiritual practice.

Program

Part I. Amritsar — The Golden Temple

Our journey begins in Amritsar, home to the Golden Temple, the most sacred site in the Sikh tradition.

We will prepare for our visit through Ishnaan — a sacred cleansing practice involving immersion in five holy sarovars (sacred pools) — before entering the space of the Golden Temple.

We will listen to live Kirtan, meditate inside the Golden Temple itself, and experience the unique atmosphere of this sacred place.

We will also participate in Seva — the practice of selfless service.

In addition, we will visit other historic Gurdwaras and important sites connected with the lives and legacy of the Sikh Gurus.

Part II. The Himalayas — Hemkund Sahib

From Amritsar, we will fly to Rishikesh and continue our journey into the Himalayas to Hemkund Sahib, the sacred mountain lake near which Guru Gobind Singh meditated.

At an altitude of over 4,000 meters, we will experience the majesty of the mountains and one of the most remarkable pilgrimage destinations in India.

The crystal-clear lake is fed by glacial waters and surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan scenery.

We will have the opportunity to bathe in the sacred lake and meditate in this powerful and serene environment, connecting with a profound state of silence and inner stillness.

The ascent and descent will be arranged with the support of mules.

The final program will be confirmed shortly before the beginning of the Yatra.
